Missed Appointments
Due to the number of patients failing to attend for their appointment this may mean that you may not be able to see the Doctor on the day that you wish to.

In an attempt to try and resolve this, the practice has developed the following policy:

If you fail to attend for 2 consecutive appointments or 1 same day (emergency) appointment without informing us we will write to you asking if there are any specific problems preventing you from letting us know. If you fail to attend for a further appointment you may be removed from the practice list and have to find an alternative GP practice.

This surgery is open to offer additional appointments outside of our core hours.

The surgery is open every day except Thursday for this from 6.30pm - 7.15pm.

Mondays - surgery may be closed for staff training 12.00pm - 1.30pm

Our Appointment System

As from Monday 7th October 2019 all GP appointments will be via online consultation.  Patients will no longer be able to book a GP appointment via the telephone or face to face at reception.  To access this please click on the e-consult tab on the home page and follow the instructions. A response can typically be expected by the end of the next working day.

Nurse and Health Care Assistant appointments will continue to be booked over the telephone and face-to-face for the time being.

Please note e-consults submitted on a Friday will be responded to by the end of the working day on the following Monday except in the case of a Bank Holiday where this will be a Tuesday.
