NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

If you need help with your appointment

Please Note our Home visits procedure:

When a patient requests a home visit, reception staff book a triage appointment with a doctor (not the visit itself). The doctor then contacts the patient to assess the request and arrange a suitable date and time for the home visit if appropriate.

Training Practice

Laburnum Health Centre is a training practice for future GP's.

All the trainee GP's here at the surgery are fully qualified doctors who have chosen to become GP's and are undertaking their GP training with us.  We have an overseeing GP on the premises at all times during surgery hours specifically to oversee the GP trainees.
