Some services requested are not available under the National Health Service and the Practice charges for these services.  The charge must be paid before the service is provided.  Below is a list of the most common charges.

PLEASE NOTE THE GP'S DO NOT SIGN PASSPORT APPLICATIONS OR COUNTERSIGN PHOTOGRAPHS FOR DRIVING LICENCE ETC.
