We run the following Clinics

• Diabetes Checks - These can be booked with a Nurse or Health Care Assistant.
• Asthma & COPD - These can be booked with a Nurse or our Clinical Pharmacist.
• NHS Health Check - This can be booked with one of our Health Care Assistants.
• Flu Clinics - These run from September to December.
• Post Natal and Child Health Surveillance - By appointment with the GP
• Health Visitor – Based at Five Elms Health Centre
